Pleasantly surprised!

Really liked all the hotel had to offer. Nice room with exit on the patio, three pools, staff is friendly and kind, breakfast really nice. We would like to come again sometimes.

Only downside in the room is the fact that there is only one power socket and it is located on the table, nothing around the bed etc so we had to take turns charging our phones. Also would be great if the room had a kettle.

Wonderful escape with great view and surrounding setting.

Perfect location! Very calming atmosphere. Staff was very polite and helpful, great suggestions from them as well about places to visit and restaurants. Hotel also had good breakfast. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Exceptional

Great hotel and location. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the dinner but breakfast is very good. We stayed in superior rooms with amazing views of the lake and the mountains. Rooms was good but mattresses should be upgraded to something more comfortable. Otherwise everything was very good.

nice hotel in great location. Some room for improvements

Amazing location. Comfortable bed

Deluxe room is very small but nicely done. Buffet breakfast and dinner was great selection but often not very warm. No ironing board in room and not provided. We had to pay extra for ironing and had to send it back as was poorly done. But they did redo it quickly and apologised. Gym and pools (even outdoor ones) don’t open til 10am which is really odd.

Most amazing hotel, with breath taking wiev and tasty breakfast

This hotel had a breath taking view, amazing breakfast with tasty food, the staff were really friendly and professional. Hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. This was one of the most nicest hotels that we have stayed at. It is in perfect location. Amazing hotel.

Great view and location but needs further attention to things guests need

Great location. Great view. Service staff very polite.

Room did not have tea & coffee making facilities nor tissues nor a guest laundry. Beach towels were not offered. We found this disappointing considering the cost of the accommodation.
